Problem
Front-desk staff were juggling paper forms, an EHR portal, and three SaaS tools to register and triage walk-in patients. Wait times averaged 38 minutes and intake errors were leaking into the clinical record.
What we built
We shipped a tablet-first intake app, a triage queue for nurses, and a HIPAA-aware integration layer that writes structured visits into the existing EHR. Auth via SSO, full audit trail on every field change.
Outcome
Average intake time dropped from 14 to 4 minutes. Manual data re-entry was eliminated for 92% of visits. Rolled out to all 14 clinics in 11 weeks.
