Cross-platform mobile EMR companion for clinicians on rotation.
Problem
Clinicians on hospital rotations needed read access to charts and the ability to capture notes between consults. The desktop EMR was unusable on phone screens and required VPN.
What we built
A Flutter app with biometric login, offline-capable note capture, and a thin secure sync layer to the central EMR. Audit logs for every record opened.
Outcome
Adopted by 90% of rotation staff in the first month. Note-to-chart latency dropped from end-of-shift to under 5 minutes.
